Communication Standard
General
- Use Vector Slack for private and group communication.
- Ad-hoc meetings (i.e., outside of the regular ones) with Agustinus should be booked a slot at least 1 day in advance:
Expectation
- Reply email and chat within one working day.
- Example:
- Agustinus check and replies emails at the end of working days.
- I encourage everybody to not constantly checking. (Read Cal Newport's Deep Work.)
Meetings
Weekly Meetings
- Always be prepared before weekly meeting.
- Create one or two slides:
- What have you done: including what you learned, coursework, etc.

- Plan for next week: include everything, not just research project, but also what do you want to learn/read, etc.
